Good news! I'm hosting a new herbal skills workshop on herbal immune support right at the height of cold and flu season! Come drink some tea, try something new, and enjoy a morning full of herbal immunity. 

This workshop is focused on immune support for school-age children and how we, as caregivers, can help prevent and treat common viruses so our kids can stay healthy and strong and avoid missing school days. All ages are welcome to attend, and we'll be covering information that's helpful for all ages and lifestyles. *Please note childcare will not be provided. If you choose to bring children, please be responsible for them during the workshop. 

This is a practical skills workshop, meaning I'll be demonstrating some hands-on product making techniques as well as giving away my personal recipes. We'll also get to taste some products! Be prepared to try some herbs and expect to come away with some really useful new skills for keeping you healthy this winter.
